1.      Usage: This equipment is a ideal equipment to drawing low, medium and high carbon steel, as well as copper, aluminum and other nonferrous metal and alloy wire. Widely used in wire and cable , building components, galvanized iron wire, metal mesh, nail making factory and other drawing purpose.

2.      Structure: The equipment consists of main reduction box, die box, wheel frame, sash brace and electrical control system. The spinning drawing blocks are driven by JZT or Y series motor, with gear coupling runs changeful gears to reduce speed. The drawing blocks are vertically fixed in sealed box body. The gear pair are lubricated with oil.

In order to lower residual heat on the surface of the block, the cooling system is installed in inner wall of the block.

The machine can runs in steps or linkage. In front of operating position of block equipped with security stop system.
